PLM Product Analyst

Focused Consulting (FCI) is looking for a Windchill Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) Product Analyst to fulfill its needs by providing consulting services in the Medical Device industry with a focus on data migration and onboarding companies onto a common PLM platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure that the backlog priorities are aligned with the business vision and roadmap

  • Work with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Solution Architects, and Data Migration Leads to understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements

  • Build use cases. Write, manage, and clarify user stories, visualizations, and process flows

  • Create and refine team backlog by staying 2-3 sprints / iterations ahead of development work

  • Ensure features have clear definition of readiness and acceptance criteria to enter a development sprint

  • Communicate vision to developers and testers

  • Apply business process improvement methods for optimization

  • Manage dependencies with other workstreams, and work closely with other Product Owners/Product Manager

  • Ensure SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up-to-date

  • Support and/or facilitate system demos via inspect and adapt workshops as needed

 Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Windchill PLM

  • Experience in data migrations

  • Expertise in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking metrics and removing obstacles         

  • Proven understanding of standard SDLC practices, technology, and supporting industry principals  

  • Experience working in an Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred
